They tried to hold out as long as they could but even though they have been bad they had to raise the price just like everything else that has gone up in the last few years.

That's still pretty cheap - $11 for the cheapest seats - for any team playing the Yankees or Red Sox. I'm just not sure how many tickets they offer at that level.

My Dad got his Orioles Spring Training tickets again. He's a die-hard Sox fan, but he loves baseball and it's a good in-town thing for him to do. The crowds aren't what they would be if Sarasota got the Red Sox, but the Orioles do a good job and have some decent players to watch.

He can also pay for a lot of the tickets just selling off ones when they host the Red Sox and Yankees.
