Yeah, I fail to see how Ramirez, Edmonds and Bonderman can be considered bargains when they have almost zero value.

SI's story says this on those three:
Ramirez - Hit .298, .409 OBP "those numbers would be an ungrade at DH for most American League teams. The club that signs him will take a big step towards the post season."
Bonderman- "Made 29 starts last year and with a recovery year under his belt he could give a contender 30 league average starts. He is still just 28."
Edmonds - "Even at age 40 Edmonds is still a threat from the left side batting .276/.342/.504 in a part time role. Even in his dotage he is still dangerous against right handers OPS's of .871 and .883 his last two seasons and when healthy he can man a corner outfield spot acceptably."
Take it for what Joe Sheehan says is worth.
