10 days until Arbitration numbers are exchanged

Our arb-eligible guys with their 2010 salaries are:

John Danks - $3.45M
Carlos Quentin - $3.2M
Tony Pena - $1.2M

IMO:
Danks is obviously due a bigger contract, maybe around $5M.
Quentin and Pena's numbers don't warrant a big bump.

What are your best guesses on numbers and if it will be a one year signing, long-term deal or hearing for these guys?
