He was quite good on the Marlins. Remember that?

That was like 6 years ago, he's going to be 35 next season.

I think as a #4 or #5 starter, he's okay.

He had ONE great year on the Marlins in 2004. In 2003 (his first year as a full-time starter for them) he was quite mediocre.

...then he was hurt (and when he wasn't hurt, he was bad) for practically the entirety of his Yankee days. Was a flop with Cleveland, then went to the Twins in midseason of '09 and managed to have a good year this year.

Sorry for thinking that him having his second good year in a 13 year career filled with injuries and mediocrity qualifies as "catching lightning in a bottle". :shrug:
