Coop'll fix him. (http://mlb.mlb.com/news/article.jsp?ymd=20101122&content_id=16177866&vkey=news_cws&c_id=cws&partnerId=rss_cws)

The numbers aren't impressive, but what do stats tell us anyway?

I'd rather have Joaquin Phoenix.

Your next jersey purchase.

This could be the biggest move in the Kenny Williams era.

I hope he likes BBQ, grits and tobacco, because he'll be in Charlotte.

Charlotte could use more pitchers.

Not as much as Chicago could use them.

Your next jersey purchase.

Call me when they get Antonio Bastardo from the Phillies.

Oh no. How can we possibly go on as Sox fans?

Eh. He would have been a solid prospect actually. Power arm with 2 good pitches. I would have liked to see how he fared in spring training. Not the end of the world though.

Nope.

Well ****, I bought my entire family each a jersey for Christmas.

I have a sick feeling that this non-transaction will come back to bite the White Sox. Perhaps in the 14th inning of Game 2 , 2012 World Series, this guy will be the back door of the back of the Mets bullpen and nail down a crucial save against us. (before good guys go on to win series in 5 games)

There's a critical flaw in your theory here: The Mets won't be anywhere near the World Series in 2012.

He probably got a look at the new patch on the road grays sleeve and said "I'm out of here."
