I am tired of watching Nardi go out to the mound. It seems like that is enevitably followed by an RBI hit. So I am going to validate that theory by tracking Nardi's effectiveness in this thread feel free to assist:

6/29/2002 6th inning: Nardi visits Garland with the tieing run on 2nd. Result: RBI base hit.

Tally thus far: 0-1

Are we just talking about today, because It would be a hell of a lot more than 0-1 if we're counting the year, or last year...

Too bad we haven't been counting. The percentage would make a believer of anyone (except the manager)

Actually, Nardi did some good today. When he was 2-0 on McGriff he told Jon to throw changes and got McGriff out.

I don't know what he said, but for once it didn't result in an immediate basehit and loss of lead. With Moises due up next and two men on already, it must be the highlight of Nardi's year, maybe his whole career...
