Well deserved. He's been the best pitcher in the league the last two months.

He's making the loss of Peavy a little easier to stomach...He's pitching like an ACE!

Shows you how much of a joke the Chicago media is.

In other news, Gavin! As well he should be.:bandance:

It's amazing how he's done this the last 2 years. He blows up early in the year, then is lights out once June rolls around. Keep it up Gavin.

Best pitcher in MLB the last two months.
Right now, he has to be the biggest bargain also.
It is such a fine line, tho.
I honestly did not think he was throwing much different in April and May,but getting blown up.
Whatever Gavin is doing....please don't change!

Yea, i think he's our number one right now and the guy that i would put into a must win game .. if Freddy keeps using his magic and Jackson turns out to be consistently solid then i think we have one of the best staffs in the game

He gets better command of his curve ball as the season goes on. Speaking of which, maybe he can give Jenks a few tips on how to command that pitch.

Hell, make it two months.

I'll forego more Pitcher of the Month awards in favor of an ALCS or World Series MVP award.

Nice job Gavin. I see a Game 1 start in the 2010 ALDS in your future.
