I have begun putting together a site dedicated to the removal of Nardi Contreras as Sox pitching coach. For those of you who are interested in visiting the site, here's the URL:
http://firenardi.8m.com
I apologize for the annoying pop-up adds.
Also, if anyone would like to help with the development of the site, or perhaps find a better place for it, let me know. My email address is rmeibala@butler.edu
Thanks!

if we raised money, we could get a real big sign next to the yahoo one in left field. or advertise on the scoreboard.
but for now, its a great idea!

In order to purchase the rights to www.firenardi.com, there was a $35 registration fee. I don't feel much like paying that, at least not at the moment. Depending on how the site turns out, it could be moved at some point.

You can buy a domain name for a lot cheaper then $35. I know a place where you can buy them for $17/year. I also know a pace that will host for $5/month. I will not mention them because last time I did this post got yanked from this board. Although I see a post a couple up sponsering a site so I don't get it.
jaundice_baby@yahoo.com if you want to know what the places are.

You can register a domain at http://www.stargateinc.com for a ridiculously low price -- $13 a year or something like that.
The $35 is Network Solutions' fee, which hasn't gone down since they had a monopoly on registering domains years ago. Screw them.
As for cheap hosting, I too am looking for something in the $10/month range for a stupid site I want to put up (not Sox-related)...any ideas?

We should get a bunch of people together and rent one of those advertisement planes. I remember when Kevin Matthews used to do that for Wannie and Cade McNown.
Imagine a big banner going over with "Fire Nardi!"
