Strat-o-Matic 2009 Buehrle Card

I don't have much time to play Strat-o-matic baseball anymore, but I enjoy reading about the game on this forum.

SOM creates player cards based on actual performance. But, sometimes things become a little skewed with small sample sizes. Mark Buehrle had four at bats last year, and in one of those he cranked out a homer (@ Milwaukee). So, his SOM card for this year is insane. Used to play a lot, too - but we always used the "Pitcher's Hitting Card" to avoid this sort of thing.

I use to love playing strato. I havent played in a long time.

I'm doing SoM 2009 right now with some guys from work through The Sporting News. I do have Buehrle on my team but for hitting, they use a generic card for the pitchers.

I went on a 26-4 tear with my team as well from being 11 below .500. Go figure.
