Watching the Royals play The Yankees he is talking about an all body part team. Basically only rule any part of thier name needs a body part. Lets see what we can come up with:
From Smoltz himself-
Tony Armas (toe, knee, arm and ass)
Billy Butler ( butt)
Rick Ankiel (ankle and heel)
Others-
Dick Pole (yep)
Rollie Fingers (fingers)
Chase Headley (head)

I'd make some suggestions, but it would probably get this thread roadhoused.

Yep. And honest to God, when Smoltz brought it up, the first base coach of the Royals was on screen.

Win.

That was indeed the name I contemplated posting. As did many others I assume.

Who can forget the 1B/3B coach combo of Tim Raines and Razor Shines? Or one supplanted the other, I forget which. Regardless, I always got a kick out of that.

If you use the Dodger's 3rd base coach's inital and surname you get L.Bowa, or Elbowa

Chien-Ming.... etc.

I never noticed that Tony Armas's name could be completely broken down into body parts. Thanks, John Smoltz.
