Damn that fan base is falling. I just hope they don't come over to the south side when we win the central.

Yeah, some guy on the Score was incredulous because Monday's game had a bunch of empty seats in the bleachers even though it was a nice day out. Oh noes! Deal with it.

I'm pretty sure Mark Cuban is jumping up for joy that he didn't by the Cubs

Why? He would have signed LaBron to replace Zambrano.......

Also, he would have his choice of Bud Light Bleacher (r) Seats to choose from to be the Cute Billionaire.

It might be safe to say CHC's season has sunk to a new low.

Case in point, today against CIN. They were only down 4-0 and they brought in another of their great rookie arms.

All he did was give up five runs in a third of an inning, as his mid-90's fastballs were getting nailed and he couldn't find the strike zone, so a reasonably close game became a laugher in about five minutes.

The pitcher's name: Brian Schlitter.

So I think it is safe to say that the cubs season has definitely gone down the schlitter!!!!

And it was realized in just a turd of an inning!!!:smile:

I flipped on the Cubs game today just in time to watch them give up 9 runs in one inning. The greatest part? Cincinnati only had 3 hits!
