At least we're not that bad. 0-0 going into the bottom of the ninth in LA. Edwin Jackson still pitching.

This is the first time since 1919 that the Dodgers have been involved in back-to-back scoreless ties after nine innings.

The modern record for a team's most consecutive scoreless innings is the 1968 Cubs, who went 48 innings without scoring a run.

Over 30 now. How would you like to go to a five hour game with no runs? It would drive me mad. I love good pitching, and clutch pitches but its not the entirety of the game to me.

Yes.
But I would still stay for the entirety of the game.

Me too. Of all the baseball games I've ever been to, I've only left early once. I couldn't let this girl I went there with leave alone, and I couldn't stop her from leaving. I think it was game 2 of the 2007 season.
Edit: Nope, it was game 3 of 2006. We lost 4-3 in the 11th.

I left last year's May Twins debacle after the seventh, with the score 20-0. I feel alright with that.

I was at a Cubs-Astros game like this [free tickets] on Memorial Day of [2002?], it was a blustery and cold day, unseasonably so for late May. The game was scoreless in the 14th, the Cubs loaded the bases, the Astros brought in an OF as a 5th IF, but a ground ball won the game anyway, 1-0.
