It's one thing when the home team is selling tickets for the home pitcher. It's kinda odd when the home team is selling tickets, celebrating something the opposing pitcher accomplished against them.

If Phillies fans want to buy them, why wouldn't they sell them? I don't see the problem. I don't have any idea why anyone would actually pay full price for these tickets as I didn't understand why people bought the Buehrle tickets, but if someone wants to buy them, you can't blame the team for selling them. Its bad business not to.
