What phrases would make a great drinking game when Frank Thomas is in the broadcast booth during Sox games? So far, I propose "No doubt about it" and "Oh no."

Better question: would anyone actually like to participate in one during tomorrow's broadcast? I won't because I have other plans.

You realize that tomorrow's game starts at 1?

I mean, I'm not one to judge but I don't feel like passing out at 3 PM because Frank can't come up with an original thought.

Most NFL games start at Noon. If you're a Bears' fan, you need to start drinking as soon as the game begins.

You need to have a nice buzz going by kickoff just in case they start the game on offense... or defense.

Every time he says "Nice" when something good happens...happened about a dozen times tonight.

Football starts at 7 in Hawaii. I was buzzing by 10:30, just in time for the Sox playoff game...

Not me. I need enough sense to be able to change the channel or find something else to do. :redneck

If you play a Frank Thomas drinking game, you will be passed out or headed to a hospital by end of the 3rd inning. No doubt about it.

Hey, he's Frank Thomas. Repetitive was his hitting; repetitive is his life.

I did a post on this about an hour before this thread popped up and I lost track of how many people have asked me if I read this forum. :D:

I do read this, but I haven't been here in awhile. I've always had problems registering, until now.

It's great to find out that I'm not the only one who thought of this, as I heard Frank spout off the same lines more than Hawk does!

Yes but Hawk's are repetitive for a reason, home run call, broken bat, easy fly ball etc. Frank's were just....man he was just bad. He's alright on the Pre/Post Game Shows. He really needs to stay clear of the booth, or just get somemore practice at it.

I loved when Frank joined in on Hawks call. Pretty hilarious.

If his name was NOT Frank Thomas, would you loved it?

Frank did a fantastic job, no doubt about it. Seriously, for me, it was the highlight of the season (albeit, a very poor season).

Yeah, I thought it was funny. It wouldn't be cool to hear every game, but I don't care who it was, it was funny.
