I know that Osuna is our closer, but I have been thinking of Howry back at closer. He's improved quite a bit this year.

I have thought that also. I would rather have Marte or Howry over Osuna....

I wouldn't want to see Marte as closer.

Sheesh, he's got 3 saves in 4 chances, IIRC, but has saved all three save opprotunities he's had since he's become the closer. Let the man work.

I like to tinker, but it doesn't always work.
We're fixing something that's not broken, again!

He's just not clutch enough, Marte.

There's just something about Osuna. I feel like he's going to fall apart. (see also: Los Angeles)

His pitches look much more alive then anyone else in that pen right now.

It's tough to be an effective closer when you can only throw one pitch consistently for a strike.

I've always learned that if it ain't broke, don't fu** it up! Osuna is doing the job he has been called to do. Give the man a chance, because he's showing so much promise now that he's got consistend playing time.
Osuna we take over first place? :D:

I didn't say to take the job from Osuna, but more or less pondered at the idea of Howry at closer. I agree, if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Throwing three different fastballs is more than one pitch.

I'd take his "one pitch" in a heartbeat!
