I was just about to post it. Ive never actually listened to one of his game, but from what I hear he's great. I would have loved to have him with our Sox, his home run call is amazing.

What does he do Radio or Television, and how could I listen to him in the future if its radio? If you don't mind me asking.

He's on radio. WTMJ-AM, 620 actually carries pretty far after dark, and his calls are part of the GameDay Audio package.

"One hit? That's all we got? One goddamned hit?"
"You can't say godamned on the air!!"
"Ah, don't worry, no one's listening anyway....."

Get well soon Bob....

Tune into 620am during brewer games. It reaches all the way to Iowa(on a clear day), so you should easily get it. Bob will do tonight and tomorrow's games, then he is expected to be out for 12 weeks. So if ya wanna hear him, listen now.

I suppose his hospital room will be in the front row.

Speedy recovery, Bob.

Hang in there, Ueck!

Generally, you can hear WTMJ-AM (620) day and night. Milwaukee is close enough to us where its daytime and nighttime signals reach us.

I love Uke .. even though i'm not interested in the brewers, i tune in .. every summer, for many years, before i got real sick, i'd be out on my boat just drifting and fishing switching back and forth between The White Sox and the brewers .. i really miss doing that .. he and Cory work well together and remind me of Rooney and Farmer a bit

Just an update, bob's surgery was successful. He is apparently heavily medicated, and sending Jim Powell(braves announcer, former Brewers announcer with bob) funny text messages.

Found a great article on Bob, you guys might like it.

Worth a read, IMO.
