Since he hasn't seen the light of day in an MLB uniform since 2008, this is sort of a formality, but he sure had a dominant (albeit, likely steroid-aided) run earlier this decade.

The needle in his ass retired five years ago.
He barely deserves consideration for the hall of pretty good.

Can any serious baseball fan answer anything but option 3? Eric Gagne? Hall of Fame? Can we also have a poll about, say, Dante Bichette?

I think he could be used as example #1 for those guys like McGwire who contend that steroids don't really help you play baseball.

I should clarify that I misread the poll questions. I don't think he would be a lock if he were clean, but he would have definately would have deserved consideration.
