Pretty much nails it for me.

At least Morrisey doesn't fall for the idea that Ozzie's rants are designed to deflect criticism from his players. I never understood why that idea has so much favor among so many fans. He does it because that's who he is and it has not a thing to do with shielding his players. I'll believe in Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny before I believe this myth about Ozzie.

This column expresses how i've felt since 2004. Ozzie has the thinnest skin of any manager i've seen in this town. I cannot wait till he's gone.

Morrissey did his job better in this column than Ozzie has done his in any game this season.

Ozzie reacting to criticism is not being thinned skinned. But fans reacting to Ozzie telling them to become Cubs fans is being thinned skin. At least that's what I've read by some here.

Yawn. That was a waste of 2 minutes. How does he know if Ozzie isn't concentrating on the team? Rick needs to concentrate on writing decent articles.
