How much longer until Daniel Hudson gets the call?

I don't think it has anything to do with Hudson. It's maximizing the front four and setting up the rotation for Danks and Buehrle in Minnesota--but really who cares? We're toast.

Can Hudson swing a bat? If he can't... Doesn't matter anyways....

I'm not against resting Freddy but I don't think we should pass judgment on him based on one bad start. He looked good in one start and bad in the other. #5 starters aren't expected to dominate every time out. He is going to struggle from time to time.

I don't think it's about Hudson either. Keeping Garcia out for a while is the only wise choice that's been made lately. We don't need to have Hudson poisoned yet anyway.

It means I get to see Peavy pitch for the first time on Thursday. Works for me! :bandance:

I'm surprised they didn't skip Freddy given the day off after the home opener.

So push him back one day? No good reason to do that then.

They want Buehrle and Danks to face the Rays and be set up for the two game series in Minnesota. That's why Garcia is being pushed back now.
