Too bad for Cabrera. Great arm, no control.

It's always kinda sad to see a career come to an end. You wonder what they are thinking.

Now there are only 39 players on the 40-man roster. KW must be about to make a move!

Not even so much a great arm anymore. This would have been a fitting description of him a few years ago. Now, he's only getting it up to the plate at 90, and he still doesn't have any control. It was worth a shot, so you can't fault KW for taking a Loaiza-like chance on him. Unfortunately, he turned out more like Redding.

That's an insult to Tim Redding. I didn't see Cabrera put up 12 wins in AAA for us and use it to get a decent starting job in Washington.

Must be a theme. MacDougal stunk up the joint here for three years and put up a 12.00 ERA last season. Then he went to the Nats and racked up 20 saves in 2/3 of a season.
