ISO: "Blackout" ticket from 2008 playoff game vs. Minnesota

I'm looking for a ticket from the 2008 tie-breaking "blackout" game vs. Minnesota. I'm not looking for a Ticketmaster-type ticket. I want the ornate, oversized ticket that was used by season-ticket holders from their 2008 playoff-tickets sheet. I need one in like-new condition. I'll pay whatever the face value is listed on the ticket.

There was a special "Tie Breaker" ticket on the post season ticket holder sheet. It was not a large World Series ticket just regular size but it was a cool red color like the rest of the post season tickets.
