Game 2 is on right now and game 3 is on tomorrow. Both are available in HD. I wish they would show game 4 because who knows if we will ever get the series box set in blu-ray.

I'm not a violent person, but every time I hear that jerk whine "How do these things happen?" after Pod's homer in WS Game 2 I want to punch him.

So glad I was at the game so that my memories are not poluuted by it! :D:

Just finished watching it. Certainly my favorite all-time White Sox game. I had forgotten about the hit arm (bat?) off of JD before Konerko's slam.

Pods going deep to end it is still burned in my head. Great moment!

The only complaint is that the crowd noise was really low in this re-broadcast. I remember it being a lot louder during the original telecast.

"Do you think Lidge still has the taste of that Pujols homer in his mouth?"

"I don't think that taste is there."

I do not have MLB Network but did catch a 2001 WS game at a friend's house. I noticed the broadcasters were not Buck and McCarber and they were not showing the Fox logo on the screen. I wondered at the time if the games were redubbed at a later date.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if networks actually use the digital channels? I would love to see the national guys on 32-1 and the local broadcasters on 32-2 and 32-3.

I don't have 32-1 or any of that stuff. I only get weird digital channels. Do you have to pay extra for those ones or something?

That game is going to eat up some space!
10% of the overall DVR space was the final tally.
