So I finally figured out what Twitter is good for...stalking sports figures.

Can someone help me find the best Sox-related Twitters to follow? I'm already following Joe Cowley and Steve Stone. Both full of good stuff.

What else is out there?

By the way...Devin Hester's updates are like a divine inspiration. Awesome.

It's also good for microblogging as well as instantly getting breaking news. If you follow the right people you can have all your sports, entertainment, and world news in one place. I love people who say that don't understand twitter, when it is so simple. Anyway, here are the white sox related things I follow

http://twitter.com/WhiteSoxMPS
http://twitter.com/espnchicago
http://twitter.com/whitesoxbuzztap
http://twitter.com/MDGonzales

And you've already got Cowley and Stone. Between these and WSI, you won't miss a beat!

LOL I'm following him too! He's very sweet.

I used to follow twitter.com/talkchibaseball, but had to stop because he/she updated too much, especially on the Cubs.

Chris Getz has one but never updates it.

I think he deleted it and maybe that was the reason..

CSN also has one (http://www.twitter.com/ChiSportsNet)

Just went on there to see Cowley and Gonzales reporting that Linebrink is out as the 8th inning guy. Gotta love twitter!

Merkin, Garfein, Southpaw are also all good ones to follow. Lots of good suggestions here. MLBTradeRumors usually has a few that relate to the sox. I wish Hawk had one, now that would be entertaining

Shhhhh! We aren't supposed to know that.

But apparently my wife went to high school with Southpaw.

Zach will let you know pretty much every time one of the Bears takes a breath

I imagine the beat reporters will settle down a bit as soon as camp it over. At least I hope so lol. When you follow them all, you get overloaded w info at times but it isn't such a bad thing.

I subscribe to Gonzalez, Cowley, and Reifert. It's a lot of overlap.

I really dislike Cowley, but keep him for entertainment purposes only. It's funny to see Gonzalez report the same thing and Cowley reporting it in such a sarcastic and bitter way. He is such a drama queen, and he thinks he's funny....he's not.

Agreed about Cowley. He dissed Jimmy Greenfield a few weeks back.
