I don't like his politics but I love when he writes about the Sox. This is a good one. (I did not know Billy Pierce lost one on a chalk-raiser.)

Thanks for the link. I thought about it too that it was fitting that the catch was made right by Billy Pierce's picture.:cool:

Very well done. I especially liked the bit about Hawk giving all of us permission to make the calls that needed to be made. I was in Iowa on business when it went down, so I needed those calls to my wife and brothers to feel like a part of it.
