This doesn't count players who are up for the final vote.

I think Adam Dunn for the National League and Nelson Cruz for the American League got robbed big time. If that "every team" rule wasn't place, they'd probably be going.

If the every team rule wasn't in place, I would hope zero Nats would be All-Stars.

My vote would be for Yovani Gallardo.

Well, I think Dunn or Zimmerman deserves a spot even without the every team rule.

I don't think Dunn is doing that much better than other NL OFs, nor is Zimmerman among NL 3B. All other things being equal, I wouldn't take the guy from a team struggling to win 30% of their games.

Gallardo is a good call. He's having a great year. In the AL, I think most of the deserving players (besides Dye) are on the final vote list.

How trevor hoffman isn't on the team is beyond me. The guy has been crazy good.

Russell Branyan should be going with the season he has been having.

Nelson Cruz. Either he or Dye would have been in, I think, except he was kept out due to his own teammate Josh Hamilton being voted in as a starter.

Was thinking that until his last couple of outings...especially today's.
