On Thursday in the 8th, Mark retired Teahan who was 2-4 and is 22-49 overall lifetime Vs. Buehrle. When Mark got the ball back after the groundout to second, he rolled it to the KC dugout and asked Teahan to sign it for him because Mark finally got Teahan out...

 Mark and his antics.

Mark Buehrle is that kid in your class who is always acting silly, but he always does it with a smile that he never gets in trouble. And then you're kicking yourself after class for not being more strict.

If only KW did not ban tarp sliding we would have won another WS.

back in 2004 or 2005, jacque jones had an awful career against mark buehrle. jones ripped a single for his first career hit against buehrle, and when the ball was thrown back to mark, he stepped off the mound and offered the ball to jacque...classic

Yes, this was a cool moment. CSN showed a clip of Buehrle in the dugout with the ball in his hand as he motioned over to the KC dugout. He held up the ball after he got Teahen's attention and sort of mouthed "will you sign?" and made a gesture with his hand. Then he gave Teahen a two-thumbs-up sign, as Teahen must have nodded yes.
