He has been throwing and playing catch without the brace lately and seems to be close to a return.

In an article that I read on the BP website, a scout was quoted as saying that Danks was like Jordan Schaeffer with less power, but more contact, had good plate disclipline, excellent defense and was a cinch major league player.

It seems to me that the overall quality of our top prospects (Danks, Flowers) is a lot higher than it has been in a long, long time.

No, I think when he first got hurt there was some concern he had done something terribly wrong to his wrist, but when it was revealed just to be a strain, the White Sox development team let out a collective sigh of relief.
