That was better. Still would have liked to see the Sox hit with a bit more authority but, it's a winner and that feels good. Three good starts in a row from Garland--dare we hope...?

Say, by the way as an old-timer who mightily dislikes the 5-man rotation, I wsn't particularly pleased to notice that the Sox rotation got jumbled at some point to where Garland and Buerhle have both had 5 days rest in-between starts. Anybody out there following the Sox rotation pattern--is this the first time they've had this much of a gap between starts?

"Don't worry folks, with that extra day off I'll get to work with our pitchers that much more."
