No Sox games on Comcast Video on Demand?

Comcast SportsNet Chicago has advertised Sox games as available on Comcast's Video on Demand service, as of April 3 2009, per this :

Per above, you can watch replay of EVERY Comcast SportsNet White Sox game, for up to 48 hours after the game.

BUT, NOT AVAILABLE in Peoria Illinois area on Comcast.
Is this another time where Central Illinois gets the short end of the stick?

Anyone have this available in their area?

It's not available here in northern IL either. Must be a Chicago-only thing like WCIU.

On that note, I actually miss Insight Communications. Comcast has done nothing but take services away and raise rates.
