Is anyone having issues with it not working all that well recently?

I downloaded their 'nextdef' program, but it will often automatically switch back to 'standard' mode, which looks absolutely awful [much worse than MLB.tv has looked in years]. Their support forums are a joke, too; all they do is pass the buck to a different company [that made the nextdef program; that company just blames MLB]. I also did their bandwith test, and I have way more than enough bandwith to handle it. I haven't had this much trouble with it in years.

I've been having a number of problems, but I don't think my connection is the strongest.

I'll have good weeks and bad weeks, luckily this week seems to be decent. I was having problems loading the picture, and had to disable my pop up blocker to make it work. I really hope they shore up these issues soon as MLBtv could be incredible, but hasn't lived up to its potential so far.
