So my wonderful wife just informed me that I'll be going to the game tomorrow to celebrate my 30th birthday! There will be a group of 12 of us in section 102 but we'll also be tailgating before the game. I usually come in off of pershing so that should put us in E, F, or L depending on how full the lots are. If you happen to us in the lots please stop by and have a beer or stop by 102. Hopefully Buehrle can bring us a sweep! :bandance::gulp:

Hey, birthday brothers, it's mine too! Son-of-tebman and I will be there, raising the handsome-man quotient in Section 155.

Speaking of Section 155, I was there tonight with a good friend. We were in row 19, seats 3 and 4.

We'll be way back in Row 33. It must be a good section if you and your friend were there and my son and I will be there too. We'll work hard to bring home the sweep. :gulp:

We'll be in sec110 row 16. Doubt we can stop by for tailgating because we go to the game right after church, so it's a last minute thing for us on Sunday. Happy birthday!!!!!!!!!

Remember what Vince Lombardi said, "If you lose, you're out of the family."

I'll be sitting in the shade (eventually) in 115 R5.

Happy birthday, Jaffar and Tebman! Jaffar, I barely remember when I turned 30. The White Sox have won two World Series titles since then......

I won't be there today, but my girlfriend and her brother will be sitting in my seats, 159 row 10. Let's hope for another winner!

Happy birthday, Tebman. Alas, I have to be elsewhere today. I know y'all can be counted on to bring in this win. And by y'all, I'm including Burls . . .

I was in 101. Were you the guy in 102 who yelled at Jenks in the 9th that he ruined your birthday? :tongue:

I was in the bleachers. That sun made me exhausted. That finish did, too.

Ah, the sweet feel of a certain victory with two outs in the ninth. But soft! What's this? That fearsome slugger, Jack Wilson? Alas, alas...

The sneer is gone from Wilson's lip, his teeth are clenched in hate;
He pounds with cruel violence his bat upon the plate.
And now our Bobby holds the ball, and now he lets it go,
And now the air is shattered by the force of Wilson's blow.

Oh, somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright;
The band is playing somewhere, and somewhere hearts are light,
And somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout;
But there is no joy in Southside - the White Sox have struck out.

:shocked:

Section 533. It was a bit chilly in the shade.

I've seen many Sox losses in person throughout the years, but I'm not sure they've ever clenched defeat from the jaws of victory any worse than they did today.
