The Neon Lights Were Not Bright On Broadway, and we do not need Jimmy to Gobble up any more innings, either.

Not all Bart's fault, but he wasn't in command at all. This is the second time that a blown play or call led to him putting a big crooked number in the opposition's scoring column.

Hopefully Jake Peavy did not watch, hear of, or inquire about the results of this game. If so, hopefully, Jake is not 'Peaved' about this effort.

Glad we able to help our division rivals bust out of their offensive/winning woes.

OUCH! This is the worst game I have seen the White Sox play since that 19-0 fiasco Danny Wright pitched in several years ago.

Hey, at least BA got two hits and we were able to avoid shutout #7.

I hope this game flagged White Sox management on the desparate need for pitching here.

Do whatever it takes to get Peavy in here. Even if it's the option year guranteed.

This was pathetic.

Back end of rotation and long relief guys? Suck. Hitting? Suck.

I know it really solves nothing, but fire Walker anyway.

The Twins are still crappy. And they are still perpetual losers.

Sorry, had to steal it from JB even after this abomination.

This was the very definition of "fun-bad".

I think what needs to be done by KW is to go out and aquire yet another former KC pitcher to go along with Jimmy Gobble. You can never have too many former Royals pitchers on your team.

really? The twins have little on us. We have the more recent Division title and World Series. Just remind them that we are 4-2 against them this year. Oh, and that Thome's HR from game 163 still hasn't landed yet.

With all the Jake Peavy talk, this loss really has no affect of me at all. I'm a little blown back by the score, but at the end of the day: meh.

Nice little distraction we have going on here.

I hate to be optimistic, but 20-1 is the same as 2-1 in the standings. Just one game. Move on to tomorrow.

The offense isn't going to be this bad all year. The rotation, however, is going to be this bad all year unless JR and KW pull off this blockbuster.

When you score 1 and give up 20 there's not really that much to talk about. You just got your ass kicked. It happens. It happens to every team every year. Dwelling on it will only drive you crazy. Put it behind you and think about tomorrow. It's not like we start that game down 18 runs...

Self moderated comment about a certain fellow whose name I won't mention as it would be breaking WSI rules.

Ozzie should have brought DJ Carrasco on earlier, might have kept the score under 15.

Worst loss in Sox history.

Tied for the worst loss. The Angels beat us 19-0 in '02, I believe. Not that that matters. A loss is a loss and at the end of the day we're only down one more loss and Peavy's not coming here. Now we can just look forward to tomorrow.

That's the problem: this team has Broadway, Gobble and Betemit (aka DLS\GIO\Sweeny) on its roster. Rosters like that don't win jack.

True since even if Colon didn't have it today, two Betemit errors lead to 7 unearned and it was lost pretty much from there. Hopefully, Ozzie doesn't make that mistake again. Broadway and Gobble aren't the answer, but at least Carrasco had a good game.

That guy has been a staff-saver this year. He's done a helluva job eating these garbage innings. And there has been a lot of garbage time already this season.

We might still be playing if Carrasco doesn't come into today's game. Gobble would still be out there, and it would be 46-1.
