Well, that was nauseating. :puking:

I was sitting out in the backyard listening to the game and it got so bad that I lowered the volume, grabbed the laptop, and caught up on the new 90210.

Let's get 'em tomorrow... PLEASE!

I was there until the 6th inning and then discovered, for the icing on the cake, that someone stole something off my car in Lot G tonight.

Alexei looked pretty ugly out there tonight.

No worries though..the Sox will go on a 10 game winning streak!:bandance:

Yikes. :o:

Same here. I went to the Neko Case concert at the Chicago Theater tonight, and the game was still going on well after the show was over.

Really glad I didn't have to witness that one. :?:

My biggest concern with tonight is Alexei. His mind was somewhere else tonight.

Chris Getz, .340BA with a .396 OBP and had a few hits tonight. So naturally some fool calls in to the postgame asking to replace him with a "real" leadoff hitter. Think before you dial the phone.

Exactly. Nobody in this division will run away. Plenty of time to get it right.

I'm jealous! Was in Chicago when she was here, and now I'm here while she's in Chicago. My favorite singer.

I agree with you guys on the nobody running away with the division
part. And 16 games in to the season is way to early to panic about
things. But there are some concerns developing. For me,i think that
the 4 & 5 spots in the rotation remain our biggest concern. We all
pretty much think we're going to be fine when Burls,Danks, and Floyd
are pitching. But the last two spots are going to be a drain on the
loss side more often than not.If Kenny & Oz recognize this, and i
think they do,they will need to make a deal at some point because
it doesn't appear that there will be a savior coming from the farm.

I saw the entire 2007 home series with Boston, but this one is up there with those games.

Nothing will ever compare to the humiliation the Parque/Rauch game vs SEA brought to me with Boone and Cameron having a HR derby.

The Bulls game last night and that game vs SEA are the two events in person I never want to remember going to.

That was the worst White Sox game I have ever attended in my life. Worse than any of the crap I saw in 2007. Worse than the 12-0 slaughter against the Angels on my birthday in 2004. Hell, it was even worse than any of the crap I saw in the late 1980s as a kid. Brutal.

I can't believe I actually sat through all nine innings.

I forgot to tivo the game, so I followed it on the cell phone. Glad I don't have to waste my time watching it now. Back to back crap. Let's grab one of these next two games and then sweep the M's.

Might be too early to panic, but never too early for realistic evaluation. The heart of the order is like diseased blood running through clogged arteries. This team is not even fun to watch.

A buddy and me were discussing the worst games we have ever seen and to date had agreed that the Boston series had been the worst until yesterday. :puking: After a while we stuck around for the comedic value

Nice of them to show last night; I gave up at 11-0.

Win today.

At least show up.

This roster needs help, I hope KW can use our surplus of infielders (Getz, Lillibridge, Beckham, Nix for 2 slots on the major league roster) to get some help for the pitching staff.

That 2007 doubleheader against the Twins springs to mind, as does the Livan Hernandez 13-1 masterpiece from early last year...

...but last night was definitely up there. Fourteen runs is one thing, but fourteen runs with only one homer is just plain cruel.

They did very little to address a roster that needs help in the offseason.
I have no problem with an all out suck fest. No pitching, hitting and fielding is an acceptable loss. It's better than watching someone like McDougal and the pen pissing away a 6 run lead.

There's not a team in the majors that ever escapes a once in a while good ass wuppin. We night have 5 more of these by October and so will other teams.

While last night sucked all kinds of suck- White Sox nation did have a win last night. I partook in some drinking festivities at a White Sox vs. Cubs fans party. I am glad to say that White Sox fans not only know how to drink, but they also know how to play a myriad of drinking games.

To me, we were one and one yesterday.

Floyd started tonight! :o:

Yes,he did CD,but i think he will be fine for the most part.
God help us if he continues to pitch erratically. But i still
say the Colon/Grandpa Contreras spots will need to be
upgraded.Since it doesn't look (at this point in time) that
somebody from the farm will be a savior,i think Kenny
will need to deal.
