But you need the MLB extra innings package if you are out of the Chicago area.

A lot of people read but don't post. I was one of those people for two years. White Sox Interactive's community is a lot bigger than we all think.

True. I lurked here daily for about a year before I read a post so asinine that it compelled me to create an account and respond.

Not if you watch your grammar and agree with everything I say.

I was here all 2005 before I joined just before the playoffs.

You must not have read many posts in that year.

More quirky than that is that his first post didn't come until about three years after he registered. But it was quite an interesting post (http://www.whitesoxinteractive.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?p=1995507#post1995507)!

Living in a market that for some reason is designated Rays and Marlins territory in addition to the Braves, I was forced to watch this past weekend's series on DirecTV channels 653 and 654, Sun Sports and FS Florida, except for Saturday night's game on WGN, and listen to Dewayne Staats and Kevin Kennedy constantly whine and cry about the foul ball off Jermaine Dye's foot that was originally called a ground out to third during Thursday night's game. They even continued the whinefest during Friday night's game, AND took some shots at A.J. about that infamous obstruction call at second base last year. The Sox taking three out of four did manage to shut them up yesterday, though, LOL!!!!

For years Sox fans had no complaints to post about. Then Aaron Rowand left and the registration rate at this site skyrocketed.

A couple of months ago, I dropped Comcast and got AT & T Uverse. There's going to be some games on this year I won't be able to watch either, because now I don't have CLTV.

Are you sure? Directv does not get CLTV, so CSN+ goes to a different channel than CLTV.

Next time the Sox are on CSN+ (April 24th v. The Jays), check your channel guide after the game starts to see if you have it. On directv, it is one channel above regular CSN. (666 instead of 665).

While we're on the subject of directv I have a question too. I have directv and order the MLB package. I don't know the name of my regular monthly package, but it includes the sports channels. I noticed last year that I get most all of the games on Comcast which is included in my sports package. So my question is, will my Comcast channel games be blacked out if I don't continue to order the MLB package? It seems like a huge waste of $200 if I can watch the games on Comcast. Sure, there are some games that aren't televised on Comcast so I have to watch them on the MLB 700's channels, but not many. I started to cancel my MLB package, but was terrified that by doing so it would black out the Comcast games. LOL I've been buying the MLB package for about 3 years now, and only upgraded to get the sports channels about 2 years ago so I don't know if I can get the Comcast games without paying for the MLB package too. UGH...what a confusing post! If anyone can understand my blabbering, can you answer my question?
Thanks for the help!

Thanks ! I just realized this last night, and was able to watch both the Bulls, and the Blackhawks game once it started too.
