Man I love the feeling I get just watching this.

I hope we can end our world series drought this year!

As much as I dislike ESPN they did a fantastic job with this video...

also I do like Jon Miller too...not sure why but he makes this video...

Love that!

We need to merge this thread with the one asking what we would consider to be a succesful 2009. I think that video about sums it up!

Someone linked to it awhile back, I had it saved as a bookmark.

Me, too; they chose the perfect background music, too!

I hadn't watched this video in ages, but got a new mp3 player last weekend and put it on there and have been watching it occasionally.

ESPN didn't make the video. They hired this company, Bluefoot Entertainment to make it.

Everytime I see that video, I cry.
- No tears, but head to toe goosebumps every time
- Love the Shoeless Joe-looking guy in the stands
- The intercuts of the WS celebration and the '06 spring training reunion were a master stroke
- Anybody recognize their silver minivan parked outside Schaller's Pump?

My buddy is on this for a good 5-6 seconds towards the end. The camera just freezes hen zooms in on him in the upper deck.. very cool. When i saw it live on ESPN I freaked out..

Thanks for getting this for me. I love how it starts with the el and ends with the el with world champs on it.

First time I have ever seen it, and it was a pleasure to watch. Sure takes me back, but it also makes me feel like I missed so much. I saw the games and playoffs, but missed the parade, the trains with the logos, and these videos.

Well, at least I can get the videos back:D:.

I LOVE that video....it gave me goosebumps when I first watched it in 2006 and it still does now. I used to have a youtube version of it saved in my favorites but, the user removed it. THANKS DSpivack!!

Yeah. It gives me that feeling that I needed. This offseason was unusually long.

ahhh.. what memories.. I remember having that pessimistic feeling before the playoffs started, but during that first Boston game, sitting at my desk downtown, hearing the fireworks go off from the park, I knew then, it was going to be different...
