Ted Lilly will pitch in a simulated game Tuesday.
Lilly hasn't been with the team all month because of his role with the US team at the World Baseball Classic. He hasn't pitched with Team USA since March 17, and manager Lou Piniella fears the veteran has fallen behind in his preparation for the start of the season. Fortunately there is still two weeks until Opening Day, which should be enough time for Lilly to round into form.

Does any one know the Cubs record in these games?
