Scott Merkin had a tidbit in his blog yesterday that I found a little concerning. The Sox are 6-2 vs the NL this spring and 0-5 vs the AL.

Might be something to keep an eye on.

I think the thing that is most disturbing in his blog is his admission to watching Rock of Love.

I am not too concerned....There were a few late inning losses thrown in there the score after 4 or 5 is all that really matters...if anything really matters...:dunno:

Who cares.

This. Unless someone gets hurt, I am not taking anything seriously on March 10th.

Agreed. Let the hand-wringing be a North side thing about ST games.* Right now I want to see the guys get their work in; and everyone stay healthy. The only production I'm concerned with is who will assume the 4-5 starters and the CF/2B/3B battles.

*Note, this isn't calling anyone a Flubs fan or flubs like fan. My point is that even WSCR did a whole segment on Mully/Hanley about Lou's commentary about not practicing losing. No more, no less.

Being 6-7 in spring is not too bad.

Why did I open this thread? Lesson learned.

This just in. The 2008 Detroit Lions were undefeated this pre-season. Might be a team to keep an eye on in the NFC.

Does this mean we are destined to go 20- 142?

OP should have stopped at its only spring training.

no but required.

Realign and put the Sox in the NL.

The Sox in past years regularly got their asses handed to them from bad D-Backs and especially Rockies teams. So I think, if anything, this is a good sign.
