Just saw the first new '09 ad on TV. These are pretty funny:

I love the beard commercial. "It's like a sundial...it's like a hairdial."

I've only heard the Paul Konerko ad on the radio so far, which I thought was pretty good too.

The radio ads are better than the TV spots...by far.

Tv commercials are pretty bad. Radio ones were good for a laugh, though.

They're decent. The radio ads are pretty funny, I like Ozzie's.


I still like 2007's commercials the best though.

Haha. I was gonna say, the 2007 ads were ridiculous because they were saying "we are Chicago baseball" during a season when we sucked.

The 06 ads were cool. I don't see why they can't keep using "grinder rules"

I know, I got the two confused, but when I went back and re watched all of them, 2006 was definitely the best.

I guess I'm in the minority. I thought the TV ads were creative with fairly good acting (which surprised me). :dunno:

I think when the season starts, they will probably take on the players, like last year's ads.

I think the offseason beard ad was awesome, the other one was much less so. I imagine they'll improve as the season gets going.
