That is pretty cool.
So that's 11 webcasts + 8 games on either CSN/WGN/MLB Network =
19 Spring Training games for our viewing pleasure.

The Cubs/Sox game a week from today will be on MLB Network only (and MLB.tv if you have that).

Gret news...It's about time. I went to go listen to gameday audio of thre game yesterday and was shocked it wasn't free for spring training games. I thought...MLB does not know how to market itself, give away the ST games for free to drum up business for the season.

That's awesome news! There are a lot of prospects for us to check out and some interesting position competition to check out this spring.

Both Cubs/Sox games next week are listed on the WGN website (http://www.wgntv.com/chicago_cubs_schedule) as Cubs telecasts.

Where do you go to get the FREE webcast for these Sox games?

When I go to whitesox.com, do I click on Audio & Video & then click on what?....MLB.com/Live or what?

Thanks to anyone that can help me.

I'm sure there will be a link to it on the main page when there is a game on.

I thought the same thing about the audio. I could have sworn ST games were free a few years back.

this looks like the potential starting 9... not Anderson leading off... but it could really be our opening day starters!

Anyone know if MLB.TV will provide live games during the season with the premium package? It's kind of vague on the site.

edit: just read the blackout restrictions. nevermind. :(

Damn, it must be blocked at my work. I just get a logo that says loading and then in the box where you can pause/play it says closed.

Melton is broadcasting heh.

You can hear Melton breathing heavy when he isn't speaking. A little annoying - but free nonetheless.

Did anyone else lose the video? I can't get it to load anymore. Worked fine for nearly 2 hours, now nothing.

It's on, but they're doing the lame call-in thing with Rongey. The game is way on the back burner.

Me too. This may well be God's way of telling me to stop watching baseball and study for midterms.

I'm having a lot more fun clicking MLB.com refresh every few seconds than I would if I tried to attack my philosophy study guide. That's what all-nighters are for.

Box score not updated yet, still 5-3.
