If you were buy a season ticket package (ANY) would you rather have seats in 154 row 16 or 527 row 3. Also, which do you think has better resale value? THANKS!

I'm in 110 row 16 which is the opposite side of 154. There's no way I'd want to be in the upper deck when I have the seats I have. I'd take the 154 sec, because row 16 is really like row 11 with the angles of seats. 154 you'd have a good view of CQ in left. Just putting in my 2 cents.

Thanks for your "2 cents"! Also, being so low there is good because of the BP and sigs and foul-balls. Thanks! True about actually being closer to the front of the section than say 147 row 16.

As someone who usually waits to buy tickets until the last minute and winds up in the Upper Deck, the Lower Bowl is the place to be.

Haven't you asked this question, or one very similar, a few times before?

Yeah but when you can pay half the price for those UD seats, I would go with the UDs just to the right of Home Plate.

My favorite seats in the entire park are right behind home plate, upper deck.
Great view of the game, and the fans are actually into it so you don't need to worry about people trying to get you to do the wave or anything stupid like that.

I would much rather sit in upper deck seats near home plate than lower deck seats down the lines or in the corners.

I'm all about the lower deck. Easier to get around. If you want to get up to grab something to eat or drink you can watch the game as you walk.

MMM I want a Hot Dog with Onions from the park right now!

154 has a better re-sale value. 527 has a better view of the game.

154 also has easier access to better food. But for pure viewing purposes, I totally agree with you about 527.

If I would get seats in the lower bowl, I would want seats as far back as possible (row 28,29,30). This way concessions, beer, and bathroom are just a step away.

527 wins hands down. The best view in the park is from up there. You can see the whole field from there. In 154, the activity in RF is merely a rumor. I am in 115, 112 before that and LF seems to be a mile away from us.

Resale? I'm sure the 527 seats would be easily snatched up. You have a lower face value there, so you can make more $$ on a sale. Also, since these are season tickets, you can still take a stroll (or spend the whole game) on 100.

I had split season tickets in 527 Row 5 for a couple years. Great view of the infield from there! You're looking right down the third base line behind home plate. I usually had no problem resaling extras.

I sat in 155 for the ALDS last season and didn't really like my view. I would've rather had a seat in the UD behind home plate. The only positive was being able to see Nancy Faust before one of the games with access to the LD. I felt so far away from the action in 155, though. My normal seat for my split plan is in 149, and I love that location.

Wrong. Some people like me actually like seeing the whole game, not whether the concessions and bathrooms are closer.

yep
I'd prefer lower deck infield, but if it comes to upper deck infield or sitting in the outfield gimme the UD
