Just copy the unique code out of the video's URL, in this case, what's bolded...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLEVpCWXLJM

And then you can paste that on the boards in this style:

[ youtube ] cLEVpCWXLJM [ /youtube ]

(Just don't add spaces next to the brackets and the video will be imbedded into the post. Obviously, I had to put the spaces in so you could see what the text looks like).

I read about these last year. There's a company here (http://www.lightorama.com/) that makes a controller to do this. There might be other companies selling controllers like it, but I'm not sure.
