Longtime NBC broadcaster Tony Kubek will be inducted into the Broadcaster's Wing of the Baseball Hall of Fame next summer. A well deserved induction IMHO. Congrats Tony!

Maybe, someday.
The way this usually works is that a broadcaster builds up momentum after years on the ballot. Harrelson has been under some consideration, and it's possible that after he actually retires, he could finally get enough votes to be included in Cooperstown with other broadcasters.
My point is that it could easily take another decade or so before that happens. It's not likely that he'd still be working as an active broadcaster when he was honored.
