Anyone else hate how the MLB video archive works?

I'm a guy who hates pop-up windows in general, but any videos from previous years I can't stand how they play through the MLB website.

On itunes; do they have highlights or are they only full-games?

Adobe announced at their yearly conference last week that the MLB is moving to the flash platform. So more than likely all of the video sections will be rewritten.
