Reading comments from KW that youth seems to be a big part of the 2009 plan. I like the thought of younger, quicker, and more energetic and last season was a success for guys that have not had alot of playing time (Quentin, Ramirez, Danks, & Floyd). Yet I am a little concerned that 2nd base, 3rd base, and LF or CF are the biggest trouble spots and we have very little back up plan if youth fails. Uribe can help on the infield but only if he resigns. I think the best option out of the youth is Brian Anderson but I feel like he has the least chance of starting. Is KW talking these guys up for possible trades or is this really what they are banking on in hopes of finding a few more diamonds in the rough?
