Thinking out loud to himself while looking through the lists of young White Sox pitchers
"Hmm, which 3 pitchers should I offer...

1.) Rauch, it sounds too much like roach and I don't like roaches.
2.) Malone, isn't Karl Malone like 40 now? Well anyway if the Tigers will take him I'll give him up.
3.) Parque? Isn't that a type of butter? I like butter, I better keep him. *scrathes that name off*
3.) West, I don't like people named West!

So Rauch, Malone, and West for Weaver. I'll get on the phone and offer it right now!"

So, no to your deal.

Rhymes with Weaver, but with playoff race experience, good stuff and already lives in town. Also, there is none of that messiness caused by trading with divisional rivals...

Lee and Garland...

WE WANT LEIBER!!!

You won't have to deal with Boras till 2005 when, according to Daver, Weaver is a free agent.

According to the article the Tribe owner wants $10 mil cut from the payroll. I don't think C. Manuel covers it.

Uhhhh, no we don't. He has pitched over 200 inning the last few years, and now he's got that not so fresh feeling in his shoulder. Little early considering he usually craps out in September. His arm will fall off this year around August and he will done for the year. I say trade Ray to the Dodgers for Omar Daal. See if the Marlins will take Lee and a prospect for a pitcher.
