The scary part is that the concession stand at that park serves better food than US Cellular.

Wow, they didn't even use a modern backstop. They used one of those old squarish '70's ones.

Stop at the Subway on 31st & Halsted, pick up a $5 footlong and a couple bottles of water, and you're set. I love that they let us bring food in from outside.

You're right. This was done before the Play-in game with the Twins (it looks like BP before that game, in fact).

There will be a 2008 AL Central Champs banner.

I guess I need to update this topic. I tried uploading a pdf file of the elevations, but the file was too big (over 500MB). I am surprised there is nothing on the White Sox website by now. They might be waiting until after the bids go in on the 17th (it was pushed back a couple days - probably cuz the architectural plans were so bad). All the paperwork I have received states they are starting Nov 2008 and completing by Opening Day. Good luck with that! They should have sent this out for bid this past summer.

They built the Fundamentals Deck during one offseason. Why not this?

You're right. We're very sorry.

Let's get this thread back on track.

I like the idea of trading Buehrle for Ty Taubenheim. He hit .500 this year.

They're building a new structure called "Ozzie's Doghouse." Swisher will be its first inhabitant.
