Here you go. It should be noted that these were one game playoffs, not a best-of-three playoff series that the NL once had.

October 4, 1948: Cleveland Indians @ Boston Red Sox. Indians win 8-3.
October 2, 1978: New York Yankees @ Boston Red Sox. Yankees win 5-4.
October 6, 1980: Houston Astros @ Los Angeles Dodgers. Astros win 7-1.
October 2, 1995: California Angels @ Seattle Mariners. Mariners win 9-1.
September 28, 1998: San Francisco Giants @ Chicago Cubs. Cubs win 5-3.
October 4, 1999: New York Mets @ Cincinnati Reds. Mets win 5-0.
October 1, 2007: San Diego Padres @ Colorado Rockies. Rockies win in 13 innings, 9-8.

So when we win tonight the home teams and away teams will be even, 4 wins each.
