I like the mention of Chris Young, only because I have a feeling if he were on this team our fanbase would overrate him greatly. But I'd say he hasn't lived up to expectations not just because he strikes out a lot (Ryan Howard strikes out a lot but he's still a good player), he's just not hitting very well overall.
