Mariners 3B Adrian Beltre (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=280901113) and DBacks SS Stephen Drew (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/recap?gameId=280901129) both hit for the cycle today, first time that has happened twice in one day in baseball since 1920.

I'm suprised this isn't getting more press. This is very historically significant as hitting for the cycle happens even less than a no-hitter.

That's not quite true.

Sorry to say otherwise, but it's 284-256 cycles-no hitters.

Now, in 100+ years of history, it's safe to say that they are just as common as a no-hitter. And for two to happen in one night, this is definitely an amazing occurrence!
