The Twins got him again, per MLBTR.

He looks to have nothing left in the tank and is a shell of his former self, but I'm sure he'll figure out a way to pull a rabbit from his ass as usual.

Hmmm, 3 LH's now in that pen with Breslow, Reyes, and Guardado.

He's toast. If he survives the last month on that roster I'd be surprised

I'm not sure that he has nothing left but he certainly isn't what he used to be. It looks like the Twins gave up at least a solid prospect (closer of the year in rookie ball).

There's a joke there somewhere.

Twins fans are acting like they just signed a big name. They think this is really going to save their bullpen or something.

If Guardado had anything left they would have got a Cheesburger for him....

He's been awful effective so far this year - in Texas. I wonder if Texas got fries with that?

the twins will find something in him, he'll finish off with a sub 1 ERA.

3-3 with a 3.65 ERA in 55 appearances + .220 batting average against

that's not bad really for texas. He's much better in a dome past three years. (2.51 era) and a better road ERA.

This wouldn't surprise me at all. I just hope the season doesn't come down to this guy shutting down our big hitters in a close game and then the Twins winning it with their usual bloop hit/seeing eye infield roller/infield single off the pitchers foot against us.

You know, the sad thing is, that's what scares me...

Eddie Guardado has been infected by the Boone Logan syndrome.
